Key Roles and Responsibilities
Dana’s Organization:

Supply Chain Management Representative
Your Supplier Chain Management Representative is your organization’s primary contact to Dana Limited for most inter-company communications and requests.  Typically, this will be a Dana Buyer.

Supplier Quality & Development Engineer
A Supplier Quality & Development Engineer is responsible for the processes that relate to product quality and warranty.  The Supplier Quality & Development Engineer can help your organization understand the requirements stated in this manual.

Buyer / Purchasing
A Buyer is responsible for the processes that relate to commercial issues.  The Buyer is responsible to establish the expected value your organization brings to Dana and its customers.  The Buyer is responsible for sourcing decisions.

Sourcing Team
The Sourcing Team is the cross-functional team established to estimate the risk to value of entering into a business relationship with your organization through the Supplier Systems Assessment.

Launch Team
The Launch Team is the cross-functional team established to communicate requirements and feedback to your organization during Advance Product Quality Planning. 

Office of Business Conduct
The Office of Business Conduct is responsible to assure ethical business practices are followed in all inter-company interactions.

Supplier’s Organization

Customer Representative
Your organization’s Customer Representative to Dana is the primary contact within your organization for any key communications from Dana, and any quality, delivery or commercial issue resolution.

Management Representative
Your organization’s Management Representative is responsible for your quality management system as defined by the ISO-9001:2000 series of standards.
