Congratulations on being considered as a possible supplier to one of the Dana Limited family of companies.  If you are selected to be a supplier for Dana, you will be joining a dedicated group of suppliers who are committed to excellence in every aspect of their performance in the global vehicular supply chain.  This Supplier Development Manual is designed to set forth many of the expectations and requirements that Dana has of its suppliers.  Our business relationship will be based on the requirements set forth in this manual as well as the contract or purchase order terms and conditions that are specific to your transaction(s) with Dana.  In the event of any inconsistency between this manual and the specific contract or Dana’s purchase order terms and conditions, the contract or purchase order will control.

This Supplier Quality and Development Manual supercedes all other prior versions of the Supplier Quality and Development Manual.  For the purposes of this manual, an external organization (hereafter “organization”) is defined as a provider of goods or services to Dana.

To meet our customers’ world-class expectations, Dana has established appropriate standards to ensure the quality of our products and the integrity of our operations. This Supplier Quality and Development Manual is the quality standard for every Dana supplier worldwide. This common global manual allows Dana to evaluate all suppliers across all product groups around the world.
