Our suppliers are expected to support our corporate strategy for development of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs). We expect our suppliers to meet the following goals:

• By 2010, minimum spend with MBEs equal to 10% of U.S. sales dollars to Dana.
• An established method for tracking your spend with MBEs.
• Prepared to report minority spend data to Dana via the internet.
• Membership in the National Minority Supplier Development Council or one of its regional affiliates.
• Attendance at two to three minority procurement events per year.
• A visible program manager for Minority Supplier Development.
• Senior management involvement.
• A brochure describing your Minority Supplier Development program.
